I’m currently sitting in the cutest little hotel room in the mountains as I finish up this post and I wish you guys could see how beautiful it is here. Seriously, it’s like something out of a Hallmark movie. It’s so gorgeous and the hotel we’re staying in is one of the coolest places I’ve ever been. We actually decided to take this trip on a whim. We just packed up a few bags and hit the road, which is kinda my favorite way to travel. And I’m so glad we did because it’s always nice to have these little adventures with the kids. Anyway, today I wanted to share a summer rose centerpiece that I actually put together a few days ago. This idea is super fun for any gathering you have coming up. Also great if you just love having pretty flowers on your table like meeeeeee.
Anyone ever get the urge to use a watering can on your kitchen table?! Or just me? I know it’s a bit out of the norm, but if that isn’t the prettiest watering can you’ve ever seen than I don’t know what would be. There are two dozen roses in there!
I also added in a cute little succulent just to give this centerpiece a bit more of a summer vibe. And I really like the little pot this guy came in–it has a white washed vintage look that blends well with my color scheme here. (And if you’re wondering it’s from Home Depot.) The seed packets over there are just few I had laying around. I bundled them up with my leftover vintage French labels from this post back in 2017!
I really love the garden vibe happening in this little breakfast nook right now. I mean those summer-y shelves with the seed storage box and this fun watering can centerpiece seem to go hand in hand, right? I think so anyway. Now I just wish this space could look like this forever. I’m good with two dozen roses every day!
Thanks so much for dropping by the blog today. You are the bees knees. Here are a few other posts you might enjoy while you’re here:
