When we moved in a few months ago one of my goals right away was to add more bookshelves/storage into the front living room and the home office. Both room were a little plain, so my dream was to add some character and a little pizazz to each room. I already shared the front room transformation, but today I wanted to share a look at the home office because this before and after might be on of my favorites EVER. It turned out so dang good. Here’s a look at the before:

We added a ton of store with these bookshelves! The cabinet has my printer and office supplies too. And like the bookshelves in our front room area, we used Closet Factory Colorado for this project. I love using the because they come and measure your space, then build the cabinets off site at their warehouse. Then several weeks later come back for a one-day install, which is so easy and quick. We’re so happy how they turned out.
I just love how this home office makeover turned out! Can’t wait to get to work in here in the new year. And I have to say, I wasn’t sure about mixing wood tones in here, but I think it came together pretty well. The desk is from Crate and Barrel! Anyway, thanks so much for stopping by the blog today.
