Today I wanted to share a little mini tour and look at Christmas around our home. Never would have imagined we’d be here to end the year. I was honestly embarrassed to share that we were moving again, after only living in our “dream house” for less than two years. I told Matt I didn’t want to share it because I didn’t think people would understand. That house was amazing and huge and everything we thought we wanted, but it just didn’t feel like us. It never fit. So we followed our hearts, despite the judgment I knew we’d get and I’m so glad we did. There’s an ease here and it just feels right. It’s cozy and homey and the perfect mix of country and small town living.

My verse for 2025 was a promise I found in Psalm 32:8–“The LORD says, ‘I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.’ I find so much comfort in that verse. It encourages me deeply to know the Lord will always be with me–through the mistakes and re-routes, the highs and lows, the wins and losses, and everything in between. He is a good Father and I’m so grateful we have Him to guide us.
Merry Christmas! I am so grateful to have you stop by the blog. xoxo

Merry Christmas!, the glass coffee mugs you have in the email you sent today, does the coffee stay hot for a long period of time?
I think the coffee does stay pretty hot in them! But I do drink my coffee pretty quickly, so I might not be the best judge of that lol
Christmas beauty in your decor. This house seems to fit your family perfectly! Happy 2026!!
