Only fifteen days til Christmas!! Can you believe it?! My kiddos are getting SO excited and it’s just fun to see the joy of this season through them. There’s obviously a lot of junk happening in the world right now, so I’m extra grateful for my sweet kiddos and their precious hearts. Their joy and happiness is contagious and they definitely remind me of what’s most important in this season. Anyway, I thought it would be fun to share our vintage Christmas porch today. It’s pretty simple, but I got the cutest vintage trees that I’m excited to share!
How cute are these vintage trees?! My mom actually found them at a local antique show several weeks ago and she texted me a photo. Right away I told her to buy six! I just fell in love with them. They’re made from a chippy white metal and I love the antique look. Perfect for Christmas, but I might even leave these out all winter!
You can find more of the decor from my front porch on this post. My favorite flocked mini Christmas trees can be purchased HERE.
Of course I had to bring out my old antique sled! I love using that every year on my vintage Christmas porch.
Well there’s our cozy little vintage Christmas porch! It’s pretty simple, but I love it. I hope this gives you a few ideas for your own porch or patio! xoxo
Love it. So very welcoming. Enjoy the season. Children have a way of bringing us back to the beautiful n simple things in life
Love, love, love those vintage trees. Wish your mom would find me some!! 😉 My mom has been in glory for 27 years now. Today would have been her 93rd birthday. Still miss her everyday. Thank you for sharing such great finds and ideas. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Love that porch and everything on it!
the porch is so welcoming – I would have totally purchased those trees if I had seen them first!
Shiela – people do not age in Heaven, so she is the same age as when she moved there – and celebrating with our Lord & Saviour!
Merry Christmas everyone –
Sarah your porch is amazing as is the way the house it is becoming your home. But I have to say thank you to Sharon in what she said to Shiela, I never really thought of how age stops in Heaven. But yes it does. My Mom went to God 23 years ago a very young woman, right now I am taking comfort that she is still that age, thank you. And I must say I loved when you said “when she moved there” what a beautiful way to put it. Thank you again.
I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa and a beautiful, happy and healthy New Year xo xo
Love,
Tammy
