The Best Faux Greenery at Target
Howdy ho and happy Monday to you! I woke up at 5:25 this morning with a really fun sneezing fit. I don’t know what’s going on with my allergies this summer, but they’ve been all over the place. I’ll be good for a few days then BAM. It hits me out of no where and I’m a snotty mess. It’s lots of fun. Anyway, I hope you had a great weekend! It was a busy one around here, with lots of packing and organizing. I have most of my decor packed up and the house is really starting to look bare, especially with all of my faux greenery gone. You guys, I never realized just how much faux greenery I had in this house. I mean, I have BOXES of it. But in my defense, it’s seriously a game changer when it comes to designing a space. I feel like good faux greenery has the power to transform any room from lifeless and boring to cozy and welcoming. It’s so simple, but it makes a huge impact regardless of your decor style. So today I thought it would be fun to round up the best faux greenery from Target. That’s where I’ve found a lot of my favorite trees and plants lately, so I hope this helps if you’re looking to add more greenery to your home!
These faux olive trees are definitely one of my all time favorite finds from Target. They’re not only a great height, but they come in that antiqued white pot. They’re just so good and you can’t beat the price! These were sold out online for a while, but it looks like they’re back in stock now.
Another great one is this cute potted plant. It’s only FIVE BUCKS and I’m actually embarrassed to say how many I have in our home now. But they’re just so useful to have around! I use these in just about every room of our home. They’re the perfect size for the coffee table. kitchen, and even a bathroom. See them here.
Lastly, this faux fiddle tree is a more recent find for me, but I love it. This one comes in two height options, but I went with the smaller one. It’s three feet tall, which makes it a great size for just about any room. I styled mine in a larger wicker basket, but it does come already in a small basket. See it here.
THE BEST FAUX GREENERY AT TARGET:
Well I hope that was helpful if you’re looking to add more greenery to your home. Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! xoxo

I love the cute potted plants for $5 at target. Thank you. I have really plants in my home and usually don’t like fake but these look real. I love your home decor style. Thank you for sharing.

I always wondered if you moved around the greenery for the pics or if you really had THAT many lol. I must also confess that when I first saw your post about the $5 pots I immediately went to target and bought one. I see that I will be going back again today to buy more. They really are quite adorable!

Hi Sarah! I just wanted to tell you that I’m really going to miss your home. It’s so beautifully done. And I hate change, sometimes (though I’m constantly rearranging my rooms and decor. Lol) But as long as we don’t lose you, I’ll be fine. 😊 Good luck with your moving. Wish I could help. You’re such a sweet girl with loads of God given talent. Thank you for sharing with us every week. God bless you. Jody

> Jody JacksonI’m so excited for your big move and watching you decorate your new house! I love the faux greenery but have been hesitant because some of my friends say they are dust magnets. I want to get some but would love to know the best way to keep them clean.

Hey Sarah! I love all of your faux plant options. Quick question…Where did you get the cute little floor plant stand that’s by the chair in the first picture in this post? I’m looking for something similar. Prayers for you and your family as you begin the moving process!

Totally agree. You are the reason I now have a lot of target faux greenery. It does make it better but only if you get faux greenery that looks fairly real like the ones you recommend. Thanks

Thanks for sharing! I recently bought some of the inexpensive potted plants from Target and love them! I love the idea of real plants and have a few i’ve managed to keep alive, but you can’t put them in lots of places, so faux plants to the rescue! Some of them look so realistic. As much as I shop at Hobby Lobby, I never really paid much attention to their potted faux plants and trees, and I found some really nice ones when they had 50% off. I also bought a couple of large plants from Nearly Natural with a coupon that I really like. They definitely add to the cozy factor!

> VickiI love the faux too. Bought a couple of the 5.00 plants at target after you mentioned them awhile back. I have 2 cats, and one of them is obsessed with knocking down any real plants or flowers I have, but leaves the faux greenery alone.

I love faux greenery too! Wish it would last outside without fading.
I find a lot of good options at IKEA too. Love their little containers too.
I remember when I packed up my house to move…it starts feeling lifeless after nothings on the wall…but that helped me move past my feelings of attachment. From those moments on I knew HOME IS WHERE YOU (And family) AND YOUR STUFF IS. 😬 our family can go anywhere and it’s the people and your familiar stuff that gives you comfort…our shelter in the storms of life…and I’ve learned how to appreciate the nesting process as a real need in our lives. Even my husband admitted “this house isn’t going to be home till you get all your STUFF put up and on the walls”. It was nice to hear him say that. By the time the last box and furniture had been removed I was ready to move on to the adventure that was awaiting me.
New beginnings are a blessing!!!
