New Dining Room Look!

I’ll be honest with you right now–I really wanted to title this post “HOLY SMOKES I JUST GOT THE TABLE OF MY DREAMS!”. However, I thought that might be a tad bit annoying so I decided against it. But really, I just got the dining table of my dreams and I’m practically giddy with excitement right now. It was delivered late Saturday afternoon and I shared all about it over on IG stories, but I wanted to show you buddies here too because it’s just so dang gorgeous. The dining room has a whole new look and feel now!

Isn’t she purdy?! This is the francis dining table from Arhaus and it’s actually made from reclaimed pine and barnwood! I’m absolutely smitten and I know I’ll have this table for the rest of my life. Every other table we’ve ever bought for the last twelve years has been used and from Craigslist or yard sales (including the white table that’s in our breakfast nook right now!) so having this in our home now feels like a dream come true. It was definitely worth the wait!

I adore the rustic look of the legs on this table. Since they’re made with reclaimed wood, each leg has it’s own markings and texture. I just looooooove how it looks like a real authentic farmhouse table! And it feels like one too–the quality is incredible and I love that it’s made from real wood.

I put together a very simple centerpiece using this oversized delgado bowl and matching white pitcher, both of which are also from Arhuas. I love the larger size of these pieces and the simple, classic look is perfect for a farmhouse inspired centerpiece!

I’m so excited to start making memories around this table with my little family. And just in time for Thanksgiving too! Can you imagine a big ol’ turkey sitting there, along with some mashed potatoes and of course a few pies?! YUM. But really, I plan to have this til I’m old and gray, so I know this table will become a cherished keepsake many years from now. And I’m even inspired to share more tablescape looks too, which as you all know isn’t something I do very often. But maybe the time has come?!

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! I’ll see you back here soooooon. xo

I love love your table.just remember its soft wood so if your sitting at the table doing something like writing make sure you have a hard item underneath because if you dont it will leave Mark’s in the wood. Pine is soft wood. I had a pine table and found out the hard way. But I think its beautiful.
