Well hellllllo there and happpppy Monday to you!! How ya doing after the long holiday weekend? I’m feeling pretty darn good today because I basically got the entire house decorated for Christmas this weekend. You guys know I was waiting a bit longer than I did last year to decorate, so this weekend I wanted to get as much done as possible so I can start sharing fun holiday posts with you guys. It was a full-blown Christmas frenzy–we got all the trees up, lights have been hung, and the decor is in full swing. I’m super close to being done with everything and I can’t wait to start sharing it all! Today I want to kick off my holiday posts with my beloved vintage card catalog. You guys know how much I loooooove my card catalog. I’m basically obsessed with this thing and it really has become one of my favorite spots to decorate. I especially love changing it up as the seasons come and go, so I was really looking forward to decorating it for Christmas this year. I kept it pretty simple, but I’m loving how it turned out. Come seeeeee!
This little corner is bursting with Christmas cheer and it just makes me so happy. I didn’t plan on putting a Christmas tree in our dining room this year, but I found this one last week for super cheap so I couldn’t resist. I actually grabbed two of them. And I gotta say, I kinda love having a tree in this corner. It’s just so fun. Give me allllllll the Christmas trees!
I wanted to keep this look pretty simple, so I just used three mini trees, some old books and candlesticks, a yummy Christmas candle, and these ceramic tea light houses. I also used these super cute knit stockings I found at Target recently.
I found those spools of Christmas twine at Michael’s last week and I love them. I’ve used the twine for a few different projects (which you’ll see soon!) but they’re also cute just sitting in this old wooden doughbowl. Easy and simple for the win!
Last year I decorated with lots of deep reds and greens for Christmas, but this year I wanted to try something different. When I started planning out my holiday decor I decided to create more of a frosty white Christmas with lots of natural wood tones, neutrals, and soft texture with just a few subtle pops of red in the mix. I wanted it to be super simple, yet full of cozy farmhouse vibes. I’m actually loving the change and I feel like it’s much more “me”, if that makes sense. I even did a little DIY flocking on a bunch of my mini Christmas trees from last year to give them a new fresh look. I’m pretty happy with how they turned out, so I’m planning to share a little review of that process very soon!
Well I hope you enjoyed seeing this little corner in our dining room. Thanks so much for stopping in and spending part of your day with me. I hope you have a fabulous week! xoxo

Where did you get the gather sign? Did you make it? I love that!
Good morning Susan, you can find the gather sign here: https://rstyle.me/n/cm8em3b6hgf
Where did you get the solid cream colored Christmas stockings at? I’ve been on a huge search for some like that.
That one is also from Target! Sorry, I couldn’t find the link for it but I did purchase it this year.
Hi
Good Morning,
I also did my interior decorating this year for Christmas. I love this post today and I am wondering where you purchased the tree in the basket on the chair? I have a chair that I would love to put this on in the corner of my hallway that you can see from my dining room. I also have a basket if the tree comes without one. Enjoy a blessed day in your cozy Christmas house. I love this time of year being at home.
Love your blog friend,
Tammy
Good morning Tammy! That tree is here: https://rstyle.me/n/cujirgb6hgf It is super affordable and the perfect size for a small room.
Thank you, I went to the site, brought me to Walmart. 6 foot unlit greenwood pine. Is that it?
Tammy
Yep, it’s from Wal-Mart!
Sooo happy!!! Going to Wal-Mart after work and if they don’t carry it in store I will be online!!!
Thanks again,
Tammy
Sarah, it looks amazing and so cozy! Loving the neutral colors! Thanks for sharing!
Girl, give me aaaaaalll the Christmas trees too! Love that large one in the dining room! Everything looks so cute and I love the neutral colors. I hand flocked our large Christmas tree this year but never thought to do the little table top trees. Will have try that next year!
Oh that’s awesome you did your large tree. What did you use to flock it??
Super cute! I’m just getting started, but have a back issue putting a damper on things…ugh!!! I’m enlisting help from a daughter-in-law that loves to decorate as much as I do and she loves your blog as well…so hoping to get all things cozy and Christmassy here this week!
Oh no, so sorry to hear that Brenda. Back pain is the worst. Glad your daughter in law can help. I hope you get to feeling better soon!
Whew – I don’t know how you get it all done….but I sure am glad that you do. Your style is simply beautiful – I love to look over all your festive décor. Just what I need to get into the spirit. May you be blessed this holiday season & always….enjoy this Christmas with your THREE little ones! xoxo

Thank you Kathy! I actually found that card catalog at an antique store this past summer. Got a pretty good deal on it too!
