For almost two years now we’ve had this awkward, empty corner in our basement. It’s basically wasted space that we’ve never really used for anything. But the other day, as I was walking by this empty spot for the zillionth time, I got the idea to use this small section of bare space for a family photo memory wall. I love how it turned out and I wanted to share it with you today! Here’s what the wall looked like when I started:

Pretty boring, right?! Just a wasted little corner. Until now! I used a simple gallery wall kit to transform this into a family memory wall.

These kits are great because most of them come with a handy little template, which can be used to hang a gallery wall in just a few minutes. Just make sure to hang it level and you’re good to go!

It’s amazing how a simple little thing can make such a huge difference. I love, love, love this little corner now and it makes me happy to see it whenever I come down to the basement!
So grateful to have you drop by the blog today. I hope this post gives you an idea or two for your own home! xo
