Christmas Stovetop Potpourri

One of the best things about the holiday season is the smell of a delicious Christmas stovetop potpourri. I have one going right now and it’s absolutely divine. It just makes everything feel more festive and cozy! I wanted to share in case you want to make one to enjoy in your own home.

Christmas Stovetop Potpourri

1/2 cup cranberries
sliced oranges
3 cinnamon sticks (break in half for more scent!)
1 tbsp whole cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger

Place oranges, cinnamon sticks, and spices in sauce pan. Cover with water. Set stove to simmer and enjoy the scents of the season! If water gets low, add more to continue enjoying.

  2. I love the idea of making stovetop potpourri for the holidays—it really fills the home with such a warm, inviting scent. When I wanted to send a festive touch to family in Spain last Christmas, I combined this with a delivery from Petals.es. They offer convenient online flowers delivery in Spain, which made it easy to add a fresh, seasonal bouquet alongside my Christmas gifts to Spain. It’s a lovely way to extend the cozy feeling across the miles and brighten someone’s day with both scent and sight.
