Last fall I found the best little no-assembly shelf from Amazon. I used it for extra storage in our bathroom, but I recently moved it down to our mudroom to help organize all the pool gear for summer. And it works PERFECTLY. The amazing thing about this bookshelf is that it comes fully assembled, ready to go. The shelves literally just fold down and lock into place.
