You know what’s crazy?! It was this time of year in 2015 that I started my blogging journey. It’s been SIX YEARS. That feels a bit surreal because I honestly didn’t expect to last more than six months at this thing–I had no clue what I was doing when I got started, but I thought it would be fun to share my love of home decor, so I went for it. It was only a hobby with very humble beginnings, and it just blows my mind to see what God has done in the last six years. I’m so grateful and I’m so happy this is still my happy place. I still love showing up here several times a week to share what I’m up to and I’m so thankful to have you guys here with me! I Thank you for being here, for showing up, for leaving supportive and kind comments throughout the years. Thank you for praying for us, loving us, and encouraging me on a daily basis. I’m so grateful! Now let’s get on with today’s post, which is all about the new look in our dining room. I just updated the peel + stick wallpaper and it goes perfectly with our new chairs!
What a change right?! The wallpaper I had here before was great, but I wanted to lighten it up with something more neutral. Plus one piece of the old wallpaper kept falling off over and over, so I’ve been meaning to fix it for a while now. I used this soft gray wallpaper from Home Depot and I love it!
I don’t think I ever shard my new dining chairs! I’ve actually had these for a while now–I ordered them shortly after I sold my black dining chairs. They’re super comfortable, lightweight, and easy to clean!
The great thing about peel and stick wallpaper is that you can change it out anytime you want to freshen things up. It’s honestly SO easy once you get the hang of it. Plus it adds some nice pizazz to any space!
Thanks for being here today. I always appreciate it!!

Hi! I am thinking of trying the peel and stick wallpaper on a wall in our master bedroom (and maybe a master bathroom wall, too). Since you have used this type of paper a few times already, could you share some tips? Anything that made putting it up easier or tips, no matter how small, that made it better to work with for you?
I enjoy and look forward very much to each entry in your blog!
