Great podcast! Can you share some of your fave books that helped you get through your anxiety. I am going through a tough season with this right now. This spring my dad was hospitalized for a month and during that same time, both of my brothers passed away. I thought I was dealing with things ok and now it’s tougher than it was this spring. Thank you.
