Affordable Spring Decor Finds

Wanna know what I discovered about myself this week? Apparently six months of winter is when I start to lose my mind. Really. We just had the most epic blizzard I’ve ever seen in my 32 years of living here and I’m so over this weather I can barely think straight. I honestly have no idea why I live in Colorado because my body is allergic to being cold. I’m convinced of it. Uggggggh. Sorry to complain, but sometimes a girls just need to vent! Anyway, even though spring is still a ways off around here, I still thought it would be fun to round up some of the new affordable spring decor from Target today. I recently picked up a few new things there and I’ve been LOVING it all.

The other day I was in Target and found the most amazing sale ever. (If you follow me on Instagram you know all about it!) Anyway, I picked up several things, including these adorable embroidered floral pillows and those matching throw blankets with the colorful tassels. So cute, huh? I’ve been really loving color lately and I think these are perfect for spring–they instantly give this room a happy and cheerful vibe.

I also picked up several new wicker baskets. I’ll be sharing a few of them in the next couple of blog posts, but I styled this one here in our living room with a few extra throw pillows. I love the little hyacinth design on these–it’s a dainty little detail for spring.

There is tons of great spring decor at Target right now, so I rounded up a few of my favorites here for you guys. I picked lots of colorful pillows, faux greenery, planters, and baskets. Hopefully this helps if you’re looking to give your home a fresh and happy feel for spring!

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today!! I hope you have the best weekend. I’ll be back here bright and early Monday morning with a really fun post!! xoxo

Love, love, love the pop of orange! I have lived where winter started in October and lasted til May. I know it’s hard. Now living in Texas it’s 9 months of humid heat and when it rains it floods. I’m not sure there is a perfect place to live this side of heaven, but if you find it let me know! Blessings!

  • Went out for burgers + ice cream to celebrate surviving the week πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ¦It’s been a long one, but hallelujah we made it. Happy weekend buddies!! 😘 http://liketk.it/2Edhz #liketkit @liketoknow.it
  • Literally can’t stop smiling today because I’m SO excited to finally spill the beans about my candle with @antiquecandleco_ 😍😍 After months of working to find the perfect scent, we are thrilled to share that WARM CARAMEL CRUMBLE by Sarah Joy is coming this fall! πŸ‚πŸ™ŒπŸ» This candle is all about warm, gooey caramel, cinnamon-spiced maple, rich vanilla & baked green apples. It’s basically like heaven in a jar & I CANNOT wait for you to have this bake-y goodness in your home this fall! πŸ₯§πŸ‘πŸ»
  • I finally got the botanical prints + old door project finished πŸŒΏπŸ™ŒπŸ» What do you guys think?! It was kinda tricky figuring out where to hang these prints, but so many of you voted for this spot in stories & I think it’s perfect πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» The floral prints are from @walmart & I LOVE them. I have an obsession with botanical artwork & these are my new favorite. This is all on the blog today & I also linked up a bunch of other botanical prints from Walmart here: http://liketk.it/2Ea9s #liketkit @liketoknow.it #ad #LTKhome
  • Spent the day in jammies, snuggling my sick kiddos + watching all of their favorite movies 😍 I hate seeing them sick, especially since we’re only a few days into the new school year, but I sure do love these simple days when they need me the most. Nothing else matters more than this right here β€οΈπŸ‘πŸ» http://liketk.it/2E8FG #liketkit @liketoknow.it
  • Did a little switcheroo in my vanity area & added in a new rug πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜ I actually took it from the back deck, so it’s technically not new, but it sure adds a lot of pizazz to this spot, right?! Much more cozy now πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» Do you move things around in your home from one room to another? I do it all the time & it’s an easy way to freshen things up without spending any money! http://liketk.it/2E70b #liketkit @liketoknow.it #LTKhome
  • My little kitchen island is one of my favorite things in our home + I always get so many questions about it. It was actually made from reclaimed barn wood & we’ve had it over 10 years now 😍😍 I bought it when we moved into our first home & it’s been with us ever since. I kinda have an emotional connection to it nowβ€”it’s been through so much with us. Do you have furniture like that?? I’ll probably still have this island in my kitchen when I’m an old granny! πŸ‘΅πŸ»β€οΈ
