MODERN FARMHOUSE DINING ROOM MAKEOVER
A couple weeks ago we finished a fun little dining room makeover–we added a straight vertical board and batten to the wall and switched out the chandelier. Nothing major by any means, but dang it sure did change the entire vibe of the space. I love how it turned out and wanted to share a couple photos with you! Here’s how it started:

Overall this is a super simple change, but that wall and new chandelier really transformed this space. The chandelier is exactly what I wanted for this room–I found it on Wayfair and it’s a total Pottery Barn dupe. Highly recommend!! Also how cool is that horse photo?! Funny story: I saw that in a boutique almost 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. But I didn’t end up buying it and a few months later the store closed down. I randomly thought about that photo and always regretted not buying it. Anyway, I recently discovered the store didn’t close, they moved! I tracked them down and they still had the photo. I couldn’t believe it!
I’ll definitely add a console table to this room (I ended up selling that black one in the before photo) but I haven’t found what I want yet. Thanks so much for stopping by the blog!
