Little Man’s Bedroom

My little man just took over the guest bedroom, which means we had to make it feel cozy and special for him. We took the floral wallpaper down, added a planked cedar wall, bookshelves and lots of leather accents to make it feel like a little man cave. He LOVES it and I can’t wait to show you how it all came together!

I really wanted to find a big set of bookshelves for him to display all his dinosaurs. I looked around for hours and ended up finding these from Wayfair. They were a fraction of the price for several other more expensive options (Crate & Barrel has a great set!) but I just didn’t want to spend a fortune. These were very budget friendly and work perfectly.

That elk tapestry hanging above the bed actually belonged to my husband’s grandpa. He had that hanging in his home for 30+ years.

The cedar planked wall was actually pretty simple to do. My husband found the planks at Home Depot and was able to get this up in one afternoon. I love how it gives this room a rustic vibe. Totally feels like a little man cave!

My grandparents had a similar tapestry hanging in their living room. I love incorporating special memories into our current living situations. This room looks great! Thank you for all the inspo, Sarah.
