Welp, I just put a floor mirror on our mantel in the living room. Eeeek! I wasn’t sure if it would be too big, but I knew the mirror I had up there was just way too small for the space. I was eyeing the 5 foot primrose mirror from Anthro, but since I already had this floor mirror I decided to give it a try before ordering anything. I thought it might look too big, but I think it works! Also it was pretty hilarious getting that big guy up there, watch the video here!
I decided to layer the smaller mirror I already had up there just to give it a bit more dimension. Kinda cool right?! Also I finally brought over Big Bertha, my beloved fiddle tree, from the other house. I was so nervous she’s not be able to survive the drive, but I think she’s gonna be ok. We’ll see how she does in that corner!

How did you lean the mirror (s) without fear of them falling?
My mirror keeps sliding so for now it’s just sitting in my closet.
I’m wondering the same thing. The only solution I can thing of is to put a few tiny nails into the mantle at the front of the base of the mirror, but I’d really like to know, as well.
I’m also wondering what size each of these mirrors are and what the ceiling height is, please.
