It’s not often that my laundry room / mudroom is clean or organized. In fact, 95% of the time it looks like a war zone with clothes, shoes, and random junk thrown everywhere. But this past weekend I finally cleaned it up, so of course I had to document it. I also wanted to share some recent laundry room faves from Amazon!
If you’ve been around for a while you might remember how this room looked when we moved in. (Check out this post to see the before photos.) It was so dark before we installed that light tube, removed that section of wall, and installed new tile/cabinets. It’s come a long way!
First up,these large jars from Amazon are the perfect size for laundry pods or detergent. I have three of them! And the labels are from Amazon too. PS: we use Dropps laundry pods–they’re completely toxic free.
I also really like these wool dryer balls–they help with static in your clothes, and you can add drops of essential oil to them before drying to make your clothes smell good. Dryer sheets are one of the most toxic things ever, so these dryer balls are a great alternative.
I really love this little narrow storage cart that fits perfectly between the washer and dryer. It’s super handy because I aurally have to use my upper cabinets here for linens (we don’t have a linen closet) so we need all the extra storage we can get in here!
The floor tile and wall tile is from Riad Tile.
One of my favorite things about this entire space is the women pendants we installed last year. These give Serena + Lily vibes, but they’re actually from Home Depot and super affordable. Highly recommend!
Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today!
