Holiday Weekend Sales Roundup: Home + Clothing

This week I learned a very important lesson: don’t go for an uphill run and then do a ton of walking lunges and burpees. Really, don’t do it. It will only result in being so sore that you can barely walk for two whole days. And then you’ll start to question your life choices and decide that you never want to work out again. I know this lesson because I made the unfortunate choice of going on that uphill run and then doing said lunges and OH BOY. My legs have never been so sore. I don’t know if I’m just really out of shape or maybe it’s that I’m getting old, but it’s been a painful end to the week. Thankfully I’m finally starting to walk like a normal human again and just in time for the weekend! And speaking of weekend, there are a TON of awesome holiday sales happening right now.
